Ask him all your questions online during a live session (in English).

Who is Antoine Martin?

In 2016, Antoine Martin and his co-founder Alexis Bonillo launched Zenly, an innovative mobile app to facilitate real-life encounters via geolocation. The following year, Snapchat acquired it for $300 million. The number of users jumped from 4 million in 2016 to 40 million in 2022, turning Zenly into a standout French startup. However, in 2022, due to significant financial losses, Snap decided to close Zenly and laid off all its employees, bringing the adventure to an abrupt end. The French entrepreneur then returned to the startup scene with Amo, created with ex-Zenly employees. In late 2023, they launched ID, a social network where users turn their lives into street art on a virtual canvas. Amo raised $18 million for this ambitious project, reaching a $100 million valuation despite no product yet or recorded revenues.

  • What lessons has Antoine learned from the Zenly experience?
  • What challenges did he face in creating ID?
  • How does he see the future?

Antoine will share his experience and answer all these questions live with students and 42 Alumni.
